In the age of vlogs and video ranting and dabs and bottle flipping, who writes blogs? and why??
Well! introverts do. Because we're just as awkward in-front of cameras as we are around people.
I am an introvert so I know these things from experience so hear it out.
I don’t think I was always an introvert but as time went by I started realizing that I found it difficult to talk to a lot of people. I can say that I wasn’t introvert when I was a child because what others thought of me didn’t matter to me but as I grew older and started realizing that people can be harshly judgmental about what I say and do, I started keeping my opinions to myself. It maybe because of that or I started spending a lot of time alone and started to enjoy the company of myself. Or it may be because of both of these things.
Being an introvert doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy being around people. I do love spending time with my family and friends, but very few family members and very few friends, and they do not think I am an introvert. That’s because I am not that much awkward around them and I do not believe that they are judgmental about what I say or do. And I am always trying to make them enjoy my company.
Introverts only speak when they are confident. We will not speak until we know for a fact that we are right. We can’t lie about things or even exaggerate because your opinions matter so much to us.
For me, opinions of others matter too much; I think that’s why I am introvert. You may even call me narcissistic because I think about myself too much and even when I am with others I am thinking about what others are thinking about me.
I am trying my best to not be an introvert because I also like to enjoy company of other people. And I am trying to think of others just as I think about myself.
